Kay recently accepted a position as a Home Health Care Provider at Meridian Westland Retirement Community. By examining her network of professional contacts and targeting the best of those contacts she was able to find a new position after working the GCM process for less than one month. She will enjoy an increase in salary greater than 10% from her last position.
Consultant comments: Client chose in part, to stay within her industry (nursing) and worked aggressively to locate opportunity where the culture and nursing team were positive and affirming.
